Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
At Aqua Cool Co. Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Used, damaged, or tampered products may not qualify for return.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@aquacoolgroup.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 business hours with further instructions. Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

Pickup and Shipping
In most cases, we will arrange for pickup of the product through our logistics partner. If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the item to our address. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by us.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the amount.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Custom-built or special order products are also non-returnable unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
